Freeze Now, Eat Later! is a freezer-to-slow cooker workshop that allows you to prepare
5 meals in 1 hour! Each freezer bag consists of 4 to 6 servings of food, leaving you with at least 20 meals to take home and enjoy! These meals are intended for the slow cooker, but can be cooked in a pressure cooker or baked in the oven. The food-safety portion of the class will explore proper thawing and slow cooker & pressure cooker safety. Save time, save money, eat healthy, and have fun!
