Cooperative Extension, Burke Center.

It’s time for Extension’s small fruit plant sale. During January and February a
selection of fruit trees and plants are available to order for planting in Burke
County gardens this spring. Plant varieties are specifically chosen that do well in
our area.

This year’s berry plants include strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes,
muscadines and raspberries. Fruit trees include apples, pears, peaches, figs, and
cherries.

New this year we are offering horseradish!

All orders and payment must be received in our office by March 3, 2025. Order
your plants early as quantities are limited. You can place your order by mail or in
person at our office located at 130 Ammons Drive in Morganton. We accept cash
or check payments only.

You can find detailed variety information, an order form and planting and care
guides on our website at burke.ces.ncsu.edu/small fruit plant sale.
