The Burke County Cattlemen's Association is made up of cattle producers that work to promote livestock production and to protect the interests of livestock producers in Burke County. They work closely with the North Carolina Cattlemen's Association and North Carolina Cooperative Extension to provide a network of educational programming and events for county cattle producers.
The Board of Directors meets every two months at the Burke County Agricultural Building, while the membership meets on several occasions annually.
