Coyote Management Workshop

The NC Wildlife Resources Commission, along with NC Cooperative Extension, Burke County Center and USDA Wildlife Services will hold a coyote conflict management workshop for landowners.

Biologists will discuss:
Coyote biology and behavior
* Practical, non-lethal methods to prevent/reduce coyote conflicts
* Laws and regulations on taking of coyotes
* Basic trapping techniques to address problem coyotes

The workshop is free, but pre-registration is required. Call the Extension office at 828-764-9480 to register.
