Cherokee County 4-H has many new programs and many ongoing programs that provide youth age’s 5-18 learning experiences and challenges. Some of the programs that are ongoing and need your support are local 4-H Community Clubs, 4-H After School Programming (such as Breadmaking), 4-H Project Clubs (such as Cherokee Riders 4-H Horse Club), and 4-H Summer Day Camps. Not only does this help the different club activities but also it helps to provide funding for transportation of youth to such things as 4-H District Activity Day and 4-H Congress without costing the parents as much for travel.
