4-H Achievement Night 2012

— Written By N.C. Cooperative Extension

On Tuesday February 21st, Burke County 4-H and North Carolina Cooperative Extension will host 4-H Achievement Night. Our evening will begin with light refreshments at 6 p.m. and our program will start at 6:30 p.m.

4-H Achievement Night is our annual awards celebration to recognize all the 4-Hers and club accomplishments through out the year. At this event, Burke County 4-H presents our annual 4-H awards and our volunteer service awards. We will also recognize those 4-Her’s that complete 4-H Project Record Books. During this event, four new 4-H clubs will receive their official 4-H club charters as well.

Burke County 4-Her’s, their families and 4-H volunteers are invited to join us for this night of 4-H celebration. Please contact the 4-H office to RSVP by Feb. 17th.

This event is also an excellent time to come and learn more about the 4-H program. There is no better way to learn what Burke County 4-H is all about than by seeing 4-H in action. Please call and RSVP if you would like to learn more.

For more information about this event and to let us know you plan to attend, please call the Burke County 4-H office at 439-4460.
